Preparation couldn't be easier. Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of instant coffee into a cup (depending on how strong you like your cup) and pour in about 150 ml of hot water.

Important tip for perfect taste: Never use water that is completely boiling – the ideal temperature is around 85–90°C (just let the kettle stand for about a minute after boiling). Boiling water could burn the delicate coffee notes.
