Yin Hao green tea is one of the most popular teas in China.
- Unlike black tea, the leaves of green tea are not fermented and thus all valuable substances are preserved.
- Freshly picked tea leaves are steamed, rolled and dried.
- Yin Hao green tea is made from very small leaves, which in translation means "silver tip".
- Shan Wai Shan Yin Hao green tea has a mild taste with a mild floral aroma.
Instructions for preparation:
Let the tea leaves steep for about 2-3 minutes. in a hot bath.
