It has beneficial effects on the digestive system, relaxes the respiratory tract and helps with rhinitis.
We also recommend using the prepared infusion as a mouth rinse for inflammation and infectious diseases.

Ingredients: Parsley, Peppermint, Sage, Chamomile, Cinquefoil, Fennel fruit, Clove.

Preparation and dosage:
Tea: children 3-10 years 1 teaspoon (1 g) per 200 ml of water 3 times a day, from 10 years 1 tablespoon (2-3 g) per 200 ml of water 3 times a day. Steep for 10-15 minutes, drink lukewarm in sips 60-30 minutes before meals.
Infusion: 1 tablespoon (2-3 g) per 100 ml, steep for 15 minutes, rinse your mouth as needed.
