Lungo Finezzo uses Arabica from three different regions: East Africa, South America and Central America.

The beans have been washed to highlight the special characteristics of coffees produced in the specific soil and climate conditions of the different regions, giving them a particularly clean and fresh taste with floral notes of jasmine and citrus notes of bergamot.

The beans have also been lightly roasted and ground a little coarser than in an espresso blend. Both of these processes help to preserve as much of the coffee's natural aroma as possible, so that the floral notes only emerge during the long brewing time that is characteristic of lungo coffee.
