Legendary crunchy Mars cookies with caramel filling covered in milk chocolate
Milk solids content in milk chocolate min. 14%, cocoa solids min. 25%.
Composition:
Milk chocolate (40%):
- Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder .
- Cocoa mass, lactose and whey protein ( milk ).
- Palm fat, whey powder ( milk ).
- Milk fat, emulsifiers ( soy lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate).
- Vanilla extract.
Biscuits (36%):
- Wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine.
- Vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed).
- Sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, glucose syrup.
- Raising agents (ammonium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate).
- Table salt.
Caramel filling (23%):
- Sugar, vegetable oils (palm and palm kernel).
- Cocoa powder, flavor, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin).
