Shortbread tea pastry with apricot filling.
Composition:
- Wheat flour, vegetable fats:
- (rapeseed, sunflower, partially solidified rapeseed, palm in various proportions).
Apricot filling min. 20%:
- Glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree min. 8%, sugar.
- Gelling agent (pectin, sodium alginate, E450iii), flavor.
- Preservative (sorbic acid), dyes (beta-carotene, E150a)).
Sugar, powdered milk , salt, fermented milk .
- Acidity regulator (citric acid).
- Emulsifier (sunflower lecithin, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472).
