Preparation and dosage:
Tea: 3-5 times a day, 1-2 teaspoons (1.5-3 g) per 200 ml of water, steep for 10-15 minutes.
Solution: 8 tablespoons (20 g) per 500 ml, boil for 15 minutes, suitable for washing and wraps.
