Ingredients: Sage - herb, pharmaceutical quality.

Preparation and dosage:
Tea: 2 teaspoons (2 g) per 200 ml of water 3 times a day.
Rinses and solution: 2.5 teaspoons (2.5 g) per 100 ml of water.
Bath: Pour 5 tablespoons (15-20 g) into 2 liters of hot water, let steep for 10-15 minutes and pour into the bath.
