Valrhona Feves Chocolate Inspiration Yuzu Passion 250g
Cocoa content 32% Intense taste of yuzu and chocolate. The base is white chocolate supplemented with lyophilized (dried with maraz) yuzu (17.3%). A special line of Inspiration chocolates composed only of fruit, cocoa butter and sugar, without added colorings.
