    Long Cam No. 8 - Phin filter - Coffee filter

    Add 3 teaspoons of ground coffee to the drip coffee filter and press the coffee lightly with the top sieve.

    • Place the filter on the cup and pour a small amount of hot water (96-100°C) to moisten the coffee.
    • Wait about 20 seconds, then fill the dripper with hot water and cover with a lid.
    • During the next 5 minutes, the water should drip through the filter strainer. Then remove the coffee filter from the cup.
    • According to your personal preferences, add condensed milk or sugar to the coffee.
    • You can serve Vietnamese coffee hot or add ice if you want to serve iced coffee.
